At the annual business partners’ meeting organized by IBM on the date of January 21, 2008 in Istanbul, the evaluation of 2007 was made. In 2007, IBM granted Awards to the Solution Partners as per the categories. While the Raising Star 2007 Award of the year was granted to GigaByte Ltd., the Distributor of the Year Award was granted to INDEX and the System Cohesive Award was granted to Meteksan.

By considering the performance of Gigabyte Ltd. in 2007, GigaBytet Ltd that took the 2007 IBM international exams and that received 8 IBM specialist certificates was authorized on the service and repair of the IBM products in the Northern Cyprus by being granted the title of IBM Warranty Service Solution Partner.
GigaByte Ltd., undertaken the installation and service and maintenance after installation of the Super Computer in YDU-IBM Innovation Center, which shall be ranked number 76 in the world, has also drawn attention with its feature being the solution partner shown the fastest improvement in a little while among IBM solution partners.

GigaByte Ltd., having operations as IBM POS products and IBM POS Authorized Service Centre in North Cyprus for years, is also a nominate of IBM Premier Solution Partnership in 2008 with the success it shown in the intensive personnel training and certificate programs in 2007. GigaByte Ltd., having operations in the Information Sector in North Cyprus since 1994, is not unhanding the IBM POS Customer Satisfaction Award for last 8 years.
