This a mobile system used in the Municipalities for the purpose of invoice notification in place. The final digit data, waste lightning, sewage system and similar tax data are transferred to the Mobile Device from the Back Office Municipality Application system. In the light of the transferred data, the municipality officials collecting the final water-meter data ensure that the amount of the consumed water is calculated on the device as per the consumed water content and leave the notification form to the householder by making it written together with all data required being informed. When coming to the Center together with the device, the final data read and calculated from the Mobile device are transferred again to the Municipality Automation software. For this purpose, the used parametric can operate together with different municipal applications by means of a prepared PC transfer software Connecting PDA without any problem. The software that being used is software based on PalmOS and can operate on the palm-based devices. Furthermore, there exists the PocetPC version of the application.
